From the Saltlake to the Wolfgang

After your visit to the salt mine and an invigorating lunch, the tour continues to the unique Lake Wolfgang, one of the most beautiful lakes in the entire Salzkammergut region. The pleasure-boat takes you from the town of Strobl to St. Gilgen, where interested visitors can view the birthplace of Mozart's mother. The crossing itself takes about 70 minutes and provides a delightful contrast with the galleries of the salt mine. Enjoy the view of the quaint town of St. Wolfgang, a famous place of pilgrimage, and the panorama of the imposing Mount Schafberg.
